By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Flawsbug LLC ("Flawsbug," "we," "us") is a Maryland limited liability company providing cybersecurity, managed information technology, and software development services, located in North Bethesda, Maryland.
We provide services including penetration testing and red team operations, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring and incident response, managed IT services, secure software development, and related consulting. Descriptions of services on this website are for general information only and do not constitute an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to perform work.
This is the most important term on this page. We perform security testing only under written authorization. Before any assessment begins, the parties will execute an agreement that defines scope, targets, permitted methods, testing windows, escalation contacts, and rules of engagement.
To deliver effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information about your environment, timely access and credentials where required, a designated point of contact available during testing windows, and prompt responses to findings that require your action. Delays or inaccuracies in these areas may affect schedule, scope, or outcome.
Our work routinely involves sensitive information. We treat client systems, data, findings, and reports as confidential, and we disclose them only to personnel who need access to perform the engagement, or where disclosure is required by law. Where an engagement requires it, the parties will execute a separate non-disclosure agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.
The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Flawsbug LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, tooling, templates, and general knowledge, and you receive a license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
Fees, rates, and payment schedules are set out in the applicable agreement, statement of work, or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice. We may suspend work on accounts that are past due.
Security assessment identifies weaknesses that are discoverable within an agreed scope, timeframe, and methodology. No assessment can identify every vulnerability, and no service can guarantee that a system will not be compromised. Our findings reflect the state of the environment at the time of testing. Changes made afterward may introduce new exposure. Nothing we provide should be read as a warranty that your systems are secure or compliant.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current. Warranties applicable to paid services, if any, are stated in the relevant engagement agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawsbug LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to this website or our services, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement. Limits applicable to a specific engagement are stated in its agreement and take precedence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flawsbug LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your failure to obtain required authorization for systems submitted for testing.

We may suspend or terminate access to this website at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to us, our clients, or others. Termination of a services engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
